椅子 でっか〜い。 ダイエットウォーキングの途中。
ダイエットウォーキングの途中に、最近新しく開店した家具屋があります。
覘いて通っているのですが、そこに変わった家具が玄関に展示していました。今日はそこの店員のお嬢さんから声をかけられました。写真を撮ってみませんか？と。
なぜかって、実はとんでもない、でっかい椅子が展示してあるのです。今日は店舗の外に出してありました。
店のお嬢さん 「座って写真を撮ったら」 との進言ですが、写真のようになりました。失礼ながら、お勧めいただいたお嬢さんの写真も取ってみました。明るい、お勧め上手なかたですね。明るく、しっかりしています。かわいいではないですか。
しかし 誰に勧めるのですか？この大きないすを・・・
とんぼはウォーキング中、すでに歩き疲れていますね。よれよれって感じになっています。

店員はこのお嬢さん Aさん マネージャーのSさん 他 3名
店のお嬢さんの説明によると、糀屋（こうじや）の屋号は昔館山で味噌しょうゆを作っていたことからついたそうです。
今は館山に本店があり、呉服、家具屋を業としているとのこと、木更津へ今回新しく出店したわけである。
お店の商品をみると、大量生産品で廉価な家具商品が売り物のようです。彼女の説明によるとこだわりの高価な家具も扱っているとのこと、今度、螺鈿、漆の和風家具を展示するそうです。
館山（たてやま）のお祭り
マネージャーの自慢話 今度8月のはじめ、館山でお祭りがあるそうです。
館山 わかりますか？ 千葉県房総半島の南端に位置する 中都市 戦前からの海軍 空軍 今では自衛隊基地があります。海と緑豊かなリゾート地でもあります。今じゃ東京湾横断道路 アクアラインができ、東京から車で１時間半で着きます。
東京に対して館山、 タイ国BangkokでいえばPattayaですね。ミュージックフェスティバルやってましたね。
地域おこしもあるんでしょう。盛大にやるそうです。１３基の山車とみこしがでる、伝統的なおまつりなのです。里見八犬伝の伝説の地でもあります。
マネージャーの自慢話から、始まった、館山のお祭り。
彼は若いのに神社氏子総代、お祭りの幹事役を勤めているそうです。
糀屋の仕事は二の次、彼の生活のすべてがお祭りにつぎ込まれています。

今日は久しぶり 晴れ、強い日差しが翳った後、夕闇の中、今日のダイエットは、早足で竹コース。
今日のダイエット実績 ウォーキング １．０ｈｒ ８０００歩 約６km 消費cal ２００ｋcal
ストレッチ
目標は ３月開始時 今日の結果
体重 ６０kg ← ６５ ６０．４ （身長は168�弌‖粒併愎瑤�22.3）
体脂肪率 １４％ ← 17.７ １７．６
(現在は１７．７％ 評価は「普通の範囲」ですが、「やや低い」まで下げる予定）
体脂肪率はかわりませんね！体重の減少は６０kg前後で止まってリバウンド気味のようです。
汗だくでなっています。すぐシャワーを使います。
足裏全体がか〜と熱くなっています、新陳代謝が盛んになっているのでしょう。

According to the story told by her, this furniture 糀屋(KOUJI) is an old established store in Tateyama, and produced miso and soy sauce in the early days.

Today's diet results 1.0hr Walking, 8000 steps, consumption of 200kcal, distance 6 km.

Body fat % 14% ← 17.7 17.6
(Currently 17.7 percent rating is "normal range", but to cut for "slightly lower")
Body fat percentage don't change! Weight decrease has been stopped for around 60 kg.
Sweating a great deal, Now the shower is immediately needed.
Foot and the whole is felt very hot, metabolism would have been activated.
